Small Classes, Big Smiles!
Imagine a classroom with just eight children and two native English-speaking teachers working together.That's the kind of teaching environment we value at Lavie!
With small classes of around eight students at most, our teachers have the opportunity to get to know each child, share ideas, support one another, and make every lesson something special.
We believe great teaching happens when teachers enjoy what they do — and children can feel that enthusiasm!
A Little Laughter Goes a Long Way!
We're looking for native English speakers who are kind, sincere, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with children.We love teachers who take their responsibilities seriously but don't take themselves too seriously!
A funny face, a silly gesture, a playful voice, or a perfectly timed joke can turn an ordinary moment into something a child remembers with a smile.
You don't have to be a comedian. Just bring your warmth, your imagination, and a little sense of humor!
Of course, being reliable, punctual, and committed to doing your best is just as important. We value teachers who care about their students, work well with others, and take pride in their teaching.
New to Japan? You're Welcome Here!
Don't speak Japanese? That's absolutely fine!Japanese language skills are not required at Lavie. Our training, teaching materials, and everyday communication are all in English.
Whether you've recently arrived in Japan or have been living here for years, we'd love to hear from you.
Previous teaching experience is welcome, but not essential. We provide training to help you build your confidence, develop your teaching skills, and feel comfortable in the classroom.
What matters most is your willingness to learn, your positive attitude, and your genuine care for children.
